is doing 200 pushups a day just gona tire ur chest for chest day or is it ok, or even will it be bad for your chest resting days?

bulk... stop asking so many questions... bodybuilding is all about being efficient, do you really think its necessary to do push ups *which hit chest*, and to do a complete chest workout? If you dont feel like your hiting chest hard enough on your chest day your probably not just kick up the intensity for chest day. Good luck.

No problem... we can all answer your questions but the easiest way to get the results that you want is to figure out how your body works and adjust from what you find out (i.e. Recovery time for various body parts)

Honestly bulk, you need to do some damn research. You make countless threads about, generally the same shit every time. Not trying to hurt your feelings mate. If you only did it once or twice, then I probably wouldn't care, but this is an ongoing affair. Please, use Google or other search engines and type in your questions, use us as a last resort. Most of the questions you ask are just common sense. You need to think before you ask questions. "Are pushups bad on chest days?" Try it your self...sometimes the best way to answer questions is to do it your self through trial and error. What do you think? Think logically about this man...if you do chest the day of or the day before, do yo really think it'll make much of a diffeence in a chest workout? Unless you are going for a new max, then no. Also, to answer another question that will undoubtedly make an appearance in a new thread that you will make:

Bicep exercises
  • Spider curls
  • Barbell curls
  • Dumbell Curls
  • 21's

ANY SUPPLEMENT OR WEIGHTGAINER
  • You don't need it.
  • Get a solid diet down before you take ANYTHING
  • If you do use anything - which you shouldn't - read the damn label "Well, I already have cytogainer...so when's the best time to take it?" Well, maybe if you just read the label you'd know

Thinking about making a new thread?
  1. Search Google
  2. Search BBD Database
  3. Use Common sense - it generally will provide the best response you can hope for
  4. If all else fails, then please, feel free to make a new thread, but only as a last resort

This is not just for Bulk then Cut, but for everyone that wants to make a useless thread about things that already exist, please read this.
