I do 8 reps / 3 sets, should be the fastest way to get bigger, sometimes I take few more or few less tho, and sometimes 4 sets.

Don't know what "wb" means, but I do this all the days I work out.

You should change your rep ranges around from time to time. Helps keep things fresh.

a lot of people are doing a 5x5 and there are some variations of this you can read about just do a search. There is also a progressive 3 week that works pretty good for strength and size. It runs a 8-6-4 for large muscle groups( leg chest back) so after warm up wk.1 load the bar with weight you can get for eight and do 2 exercises for 5 sets or 3for 4 its up to you keep droping weight so you can barely squeeze out 8. WK. 2 same thing but 6 is the target.wk.3 4 rep you get the pic. Then start over this is supposed to make it less likely to plateau. small groups ( bis tris ect. same thing but do 12-10-8. you can try that if you want. Hope this helps
