after spending some extending time from the actual gym and being unable to workout with barbells and dumbbells, i had to resort to other methods of working out. just being inventive around the home with what i got to get as best workout as i could

now that i am back in the gym.. it feels extremly wierd to lift barbells and dumbbells compared to lets say curling bags of groceries or bent-over rowing a ride on lawn mower where the motion feels more "natural" and comfortable

just an observation i made. i know dumbbells and barbells will feel better in time.

it will come back i used to get like that when ever i went back. but once you adapt it will all fell better.

my uncle used to make his bench out of concrete. i don't know how much it weighted all i knew that he told me that it was around 300.
