im starting to work out in a new gym and i wanted to switch up my routine a bit and add more so this is my workout

day1:shoulders and legs
day2:back and bi's
day3:chest and tri's
day4:???????
day5:????????
day6:????????


so if anyone has any ideas on how to switch it up or add things feel free to tell me ..thanks

splits are all over the dungeon, do a search you'll find em.


heres a quick one:
mon- chest/tri....cardio
tues- back/bi
wed- cardio/abs
thurs- legs/calves
fri- shoulders
sat- off
sun- abs

you can leave the legs on their own day because (personally) when i work them out i get exhausted

theres tons of splits out there try to find tone that works for you...

Right now I am bulking so i went back to the basics
mon-chest bis
tues- legs
wed-cardio and abs or off day
thurs-back
Fri-shoulders and tris
Im not use to an off day or only working everything once a weeks so it took some getting use to but I believe its working for me

Cosign with Kirk, but I'd change thursday to: Legs (including calves)/Back then take friday off. It's a partying day...have fun.
