Why not just do some trial and error work guy? Like seriously, and no offence here, but you don't have to make a brand new thread everytime you have a different question. Just try it for a week or four, and if you're making gains, keep at it, if you're not than screw it and try something else. I know you're young and have lots of questions, but I'm young too, and can have my questions anwsered by going to Here. You need to crack a book open. You need to do a google search. And you need to do some reading. Use us as a last resort. We're willing to help, but abusing the "New Thread" button is just plain dumb. Not trying to hurt your feelings but you have damn near as many threads as posts.

Man what is it you want to do. Looking at your threads you talk about chest and biceps a lot. You ask about weightgainers. You ask is Mc D's o.k as you struggle to get anough calories. Then you start asking about abs and cutting bodyfat.

Do you know I think a lot of guys get totally mixed up with their training, the crap wrote in mags doesn't help. Like Beef says having an unwavering plan is the way to go, yes you can has Yes Man says lift heavy and cut. IMO, thats the only way to cut, I never go lighter and higher reps, but take a step back, define your goals. Are you happy with the size you are now? then if you want to cut, if not continue to put size on, dont worry about carrying a little water and fat, try to increase by roughly 2-3lbs a week, anymore adjust carbs and fat intake, but only weigh yourself once a week, roughly at ther same time od the day, then when you have reached your target, evaluate things again, the main thing is keep it SIMPLE, its not complicated train hard , rest, eat good nutition and grow, all best mate
