Do you know I think a lot of guys get totally mixed up with their training, the crap wrote in mags doesn't help. Like Beef says having an unwavering plan is the way to go, yes you can has Yes Man says lift heavy and cut. IMO, thats the only way to cut, I never go lighter and higher reps, but take a step back, define your goals. Are you happy with the size you are now? then if you want to cut, if not continue to put size on, dont worry about carrying a little water and fat, try to increase by roughly 2-3lbs a week, anymore adjust carbs and fat intake, but only weigh yourself once a week, roughly at ther same time od the day, then when you have reached your target, evaluate things again, the main thing is keep it SIMPLE, its not complicated train hard , rest, eat good nutition and grow, all best mate
