Just had a question? I keep Getting a knot in my kneck always when i do hang cleans and we always do it for football. I think its because of my height and im skinny i lost alot of weight because i broke my collar bone.
i dropped to 175 and im 6'5 now.. i have a mean Hang i get 215 6 times
and anyody know how to get a knot out fast

where in your neck is the knot? how long has it been going on, and when do you feel it? for the most part...a massage should help, but if its really bad, go see the trainer, or better yet doctor. trainer may be able to massage it out and put some e stem. and by the way... 215 is a pretty mean hang clean for your size

its inbetween my shoulder blade and spine more to the shoulder blade tho. Like 2 weeks now, i feel it a couple hours after lift days. I went to my family docter and he just said takes some ibuprofen.

i used to get that too, mine was more of an annoying cramp. probabaly just need to do some extra stretching for that area. if doc said its no big deal then i wouldnt worry too much.
