I'm curious on how many of you use which seat when you do shoulder presses. Do you use the one with the upper back/head support? or the one with the short back support so you can arch your back more... also, what do you experts suggest on using for this exercise?

I like option A. I just don't like having my shoulder blades rubbing against a pad, just my personal preference.

Option B for me, lessens the strain on my back. Also has the ability to fold out into a bench too.
