I was doing some reading online and found it at a website that had a variety of routines used to stimulate muscle growth. The idea behind this type of training is to pick a certain weight and do that weight for a desired number of reps despite how many sets it takes to complete the reps. Once you can reach your target reps within a desired number of sets, you up the weight and repeat the process. It is a burn out routine that can be used for high or low intensity lifting.
