major symmetry problem

my right side is naturally stronger then my left, but over the last few weeks ive noticed that ma left side of my chest, my left delt and my left lat are noticibly bigger then my right side.


how can i even it oout

dumbbells is one option. using db bench and db incline.

You can also cut down the amount of reps you do with your left side and go a little heavier than your right, your left side should stop growing as fast as the right but get strength gains. And with your right side avoid stuff tailored to pure strength training and focus on size.

Like JL said, its best to do this by dumbells.

the thing that i dnt understand is that i alredi do allot of DB work,

cud it be that ma left side is weaker so its stressed more by the weight and therefore responds more

And thats why I told you to go heavier with less reps for your left side to minimize your size gains and to train your right side for size.

Left side I would stick to 4-6, right side whatever works best for gaining size for you.
