Ok, I have managed to create a decent back, not huge, but complete, save one part, my lower lats. my upper lats are ok, but my lower lats don't hang which manages to make my back look lke shit and incomplete. training help?

Try doing these back exercises: Pull-ups, Lat Pulldowns, Barbell rows, and Seated rows with a close grip. Hyper extensions are great for the spinal erectors. I would also suggest Deadlifts as well.

deadlifts and one arm rows are my favorites for down there just recently started doing deadlifts again. your back seems to be progressing nicely just go heavy go to failure and keep it in the 6-10 rep range. If you are already doing that then just keep on and give it time. Good luck

agreed with everything.

barebell rows...with a REVERSE grip really hit the lower lat.
seated rows with a wide reverse grip as well.

one exercise that no one really uses that really isolates the lower lat is a straight arm lat pull
down....if you dont know what it is click the link below

...all great ones as said above, try close grip lat pulldowns or reverse grip lat pull downs.when bringing the bar down on both squeeze your shoulder blades together to wake dormant muscle fibers that haven't been used due to miss form
