i havent tried this. i just asked to see how effective it could be, if any... some people lift heavy to shock and muscle tissue to make em grow.. i just wanted to see what people think bout this.. one of the trainers from my gym and his a huge dude trains like this.. but he's already big... so for people training to get big can this work? he said yeah... im here to ask the big dogs here what they think... theory is this style like doin ur warm up then doin ur set.. well here u do enough to do a hard warmup and they are still supposedly recoverin to then work em hard to make em grow..

i dont think its beneficial to consistent growth. for a shock to the muscle, maybe yes. but for continued week to week use, this just sucks. plain and simple.

if you want to try it you can, but id recommend other wise bro.

worse than overtraining it sounds like an all out injury over training is one thing an injury will visit you on and off for the rest of your life in some cases.Where did you find this routine? where ever you did find it I think you should put it back.

Likelyhood is that if they are larger than you can comprehend getting to naturally, they are most likely juicing.

Doing excercises one day doesn't warm them up for the next. When you warm up what you do is get a slight pump in the muscle and get the muscle ready to lift, warm ups shouldn't take away from the actual excercises that are in your working sets.

I dont think that it will work at all.
