ok so here i am again about to start another season of high school wrestling, i weight 155 lbs and i can either go 145 and be starving and dehydrated but if i overcome that i will win alot, 152 and be second on the team(junior varsity), or go 160 and be smaller than most of the guys who are at that weight..,,so..im getting in heavy cardio 5-6 days a week from practice and 2 hockey games a week, plus my 4 day split, i think it would be easy just to lose 10 lbs to get down to 145 with all my activities, what do you guys say?
