Incline DB Side Laterals!!

hey guys, have anyone before tried to do DB side laterals for the medial deltoid on an incline bench (with your back resting on bench),, u cant go heavy but I think they're a great alternative for a better isolation.....u can even do front raises on an incline bench and feel a good stretch at the bottom in ur front deltoid....I mean I never seen anyone do them, probably cuz I invented them LMAO...anywayzz try them and tell me what u think................

I do front raises and lateral raises seated but never tried them inclined. I like doing them seated because it eliminates all body language helping the weight up.

IMO on incline it's even more harder to cheat and they give a good stretch to the delts, therefore they give a better isolation.........
