I've been doing my chest routine like regular, bench press, db bench press, incline bench, crossovers, and flies. today I added in db inclines and for some reason i had a real hard time throwing them up so I can rep, my friend helped me get them up into position. I can deffinately handle the weight because i did it 8 times 4 sets. Any ideas???

Fatigue brotha. They may be too much. Your doing bench press and sumbell bench in the same workout?

Also 4 sets of 8 to me is to much. Focus on 3 real sets not warm up. After that the muscle should be warmed up and hit the next exercise for 2-3 sets to failure. More is not necisarily better.

cosign morb. do db for 3-4 weeks and do a set of 14 as your warm up, then a 12, 10, 8 split. stick with that, then go right into your incline db press/flyes/etc
