i gotta say, the first day of DC training was great. theres nothing like pushing around a bunch of weight at 5am. i feel like i have wasted so much time with the high volume training. for all who dont know, its definately a different feel, its more invigorating, more of a sense of accomplishment. anyway just wanted to let you all know, becuase no ones i know cares about this stuff ....late- 42gunz

Good on ya' mate. I've been doing DC training for the last year and a half, and it's by FAR the best training I've ever done.

Congrats! I know what you mean by "no ones i know cares about this stuff". People I know are like "so what did you do all day", well... I beat a record lift by alot today... increased my log book, ate 8 meals without puking once, and could stand up from the crapper like a normal human being.

Keep it DC,
TheWall

about 4 weeks into the DC training. i have to say i am making improvements by the work out (i now a lot of it is just neurological adaptation, but i hope these results will continue...i know they will start to slow at some point). i guess you can never really know what you are capable of until you push the limits...and i mean push it to the limit everytime...i have had some minor injuries, but nothing major.... the pain in the head thing and a strained abdominal muscle from dead lifts, but for the most part ...smooth sailing

just want to take a quick sec to thank all those guys out there who willing shared this information, and helped with suggestions. - 42GUNZ

good to hear mate. im also about a month into my DC training and my results have been awesome (check my log if you want). I have to say though after todays workout i kind of feel the gains slowing from what they were to start with. But this just gives me an extra incentive to hit the gym hard and beat log book every time i train. I have to say i have never been as motivated to train as i am since switching to DC. so far so good.

all the best mate
