whats up im looking for a work out plan that both puts on a good amount of lean mass(not too cut not too bulky in between) as well as alot strength.........keep in mind i am going to walk on for football next yr, and that i played full back in highschool, as of now i am about 250lbs and 6'0. if you can recommend any supplements as well that would be great too...... i am willing to lift up to 6 days a week, and note that i am not new to the gym just trying to find a better workout program, and supplement intake routine........thanks ahead of time for the info

Im sure there are plenty of people that are going to give you way better workouts than I can. The only thing I stress is that since your going into football. LEGS, honestly id rather have a ridiculous squat than a ridiculous bench when it comes to football. My friends bro was a starting wide reciever for Hawaii last year and the thing they stressed a ton was that it doesnt matter how much you bench if you dont have a strong base.

Good luck man

For long training sessions might also consider adding ALCAR and BA.

your deadlift should be a lot more than your bench press and in MOST cases more than your squat. seems a little strange

Honestly I think that trying to get "bulking" and "Cut" are two different weight training routines. But if one where to try and get both results at the same time, you should just try an overall good routine that involves heavy weights in the beginning and then high reps at the end.

They are different things, but you can have variations. You can go from a very clean bulk where you add minimum fat with as much muscle as you can to a very innefficient bulk where you add more fat than you needed to. On the other hand you can go from a smart cutting cycle where you maximize fat loss and minimize muscle loss to a rushed cut where you lose more muscle and less fat than you intended to.

football is all bout leg power and bein explosive, squats are the number one workout you need, next i'd recommend powercleans, it teaches you to use your power but teaches you to be quivk with it. for football i'd stick to more of a powerlifting style of workin out with sufficent cardio. you will bulk up but the cardio will keep you lean.
