Hey all,
Due to certain crappy situations I am attempting to adjust my traning split does this look okay? any feedback much appreciated.

Mon: Back, calves
Tues- Legs, Blood volume training for arms (very high reps)
Wed: Chest
thurs: Shoulders
Fri: off
Sat: arms, forearms
Sun : off

Does this look good any suggestions would be great I have currently been lifting 6 days a week and figure greater gains could be made adding an extra day of rest in there somewhere. Also, when I start cutting in about a month or so I will add 30-40 minutes of moderate intensity cardio on both off days as well as once during the week coming out to cardio 3x a week. That sound good?

Lastly here is an arm routine I have built haven't tried it yet and would like feedback:
BB CURLS: 4X6-8
DB CURLS 4X6-10
ONE ARM DB PREACHER CURLS 3X8-12
CG BENCH PRESS 4-5X6-8
BAR PRESSDOWNS 4X8-20
ONE ARM OVERHEAD DB EX. 3X8-12
LEMME KNOW.... TAKE CARE

1. Chest & shoulder workouts are to close
2. IMO training forearms are not necsessary
3. Blood volume? Why train arms this way if you're workout every else bodypart once a week?

I would change it to:

Mon: Back, calves
Tues- Chest
Wed: Legs
thurs: off
Fri: Shoulders, traps
Sat: arms, abs
Sun : off

or better yet... do my style! :17:
Day1: Chest biceps
Day2: Back, abs
Day3: off
Day4: Shoulder,traps,triceps
Day5: Quads,hams,calfes
Day6: off
Day7: repeat

Well, to be honest....I do not like all that volume training. You are doing 11 sets just for your biceps - don't you think that such a small muscle is WELL GRILLED when being trained with 2-3 sets and HIGH intensity? Maybe a thing youŽd want to try.

11 sets is just fine dude i don't know how you train back and then train biceps the next day with blood volume, if i was trying to add size to my arms i would train bi's and tri's together once a week, skip the blood volume training session earlier in the week just blast the fuck out of them heavy and quick it shouldn't take you any longer than 35 or 40 mins. to train arms, don't be one of these fools who tries to use a million pounds for 2 or 3 reps for arm movements, 8-10 reps, a minute to a minute and a half at most rest between sets, instead of db extensions do a barbell extension, otherwise you're exercise selection is perfect, get in,do it, get out and EAT!!!
