Same Muscle Group 5 Days A Week

What do you guys think about working out 5days/week the same muscle group?
For Example:
Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday-Sunday
Training your whole body (3hrs per day approx.)
Let me know what you think.

not a good idea, stick with a normal split, no more than 2 body parts per day. you wud be overtaining and cud lead to burn out and injury. also keep your workouts around an hour. 3 hours is way too long.
