I've started my bulk and i'm a lean dude.

Things are going well as far as everything else goes, but...

What are the best exercises to get good size on the abs? Like i said, i'm lean so i can actually see my abs, but they're small..

The only Supp i'm taking in protien. Oh, and Multi-Vits..

I like Rope crunches and incline situps. Use a moderate weight on the ropes, but enough so your sturggling on the last couple. That should help you with some size.

yeh rope crunches are great. high reps. also hanging leg raises are great for the lower abs. always high reps bout 20-30

idd reccomend hanging windmils (pull legs up) and ball situps if done propely u will get ripped core

ABS CRUNCHS...doing abs is bringing the ribs to the thighs or the thighs to the ribs..

I feel one that helped me tremendously besides the rope crunches is.I dont know what its called but sit on the very edge end of a flat bench put your hands on either side of your ass for balance lean back as far as you can w/o back touching and have legs sticking straight out and raise back and legs up at same time bending the knees toward your chest.While doing these I hold a 15 lb dumbbell between my feet but you might want to start off with a 5 or 10 cause its hard you still need to get around 20 -30 reps.I do like 3 sets of these along with my other ab excersises

Floor excersizes with a swiss ball, spread your legs apart,clamp the ball with your knees down and bring the ball up and crunch your torso up as well, 3 sets of 15 to 20.. pushing your stomach to your pelvic wall.

These are a supreme bitch,, done correctly..

if your bulking, how many days a week should i be doing abs? or do you guys do abs at all while bulking? I dont rly want bulky abs :S

Ive always heard these refered to as seated tucks they are great

me too! i just have to ask what about your sides of the stomach?? any good workout for those?? mine are weak. any suggestions for good excercise to get those nice!?
