COSIGN chris bro
tri's are very easy to bring up to par bro, it all depends on your split, your diet & supplementation...
make sure you give your arms enough time to recover & grow before training them again, so for example if you're going to train shoulders & chest on monday, don't train tri's the next day...
here's a basic split that i've dug up for you
week 1
day 1 - tri's, shoulders
day 2 - lats & traps
day 3 - legs
day 4 - off
day 5 - tri's & chest
day 6- bi's & calves
day 7 - off
week 2
day 1 - off
day 2 - tri's & shoulders
day 3 - lats & traps
day 4 - legs
day 5 - off
day 6 - tri's & chest
day 7 - bi's & calves
experiment with these splits, just make sure that you incorporate them with a 4 day rest between training your tri's again...
2 days recovery
a further 24-48 hrs to maximise your growth potential
