If you guys aren't doing these 3 or something similar you are not hitting every head of the tricep and getting max growth. Skull Crushers (My name for em really called lying tricep extensions", then Dumbell Kickbacks, then one armed tricep kickbacks(When you do these make sure you do not grip cable bar with palm facing the group switch you hand around as it works the tricep better. If you are new to bodybuilding and you don't know much bout all the heads make sure to do these 3 and watch those triceps grow.

I just dont like them, and i really dont think that there very good. im all for CG bench, skull crushers, rope pressdowns and dips. i see no need to do kickbacks
well they are really effective. Really one of the only ones that gets your back head properly. Just bend knees keep back parallel to ground and hold elbow and level up your back. You do all those and do kickbacks youll feel big growth after short period of time. Give em a try you wont regeret it.
