I have about 1500 cals from food and 1000 cals from milk, mainly as I have a lot of coffee. I have lower fat milk 3 to 4 pints a day which provides 80g of protein over about 16 hours
Food wise I have chicken and rice, baked potato, tuna, brown wholemeal bread, sweatcorn, maionaise with omega 3, sometimes pasta. Beans.
1 gallon of water a day.
Suppliments are cyclone, multi vit with iron, 1000g vit c tablets, terrus herb, whey and
casein mix, branch chain amminos, capsules.
terrus herb is best cycled and I stopped a month before my testosteron test to see my base level
