Now I know cardio after weights has been covered, but what about ball hockey a few hours after weights. I would do my cardio in the morning, but theres no point on the days that I play ball hockey in the evening. I normally do weights around 4, with ball hockey being anywhere from 7-9 in the evening. Is it bad to be weight training on the days i play ball hockey?
By the way, I am currently in a bulking stage. |
