I really like the Arnolds for shoulders. They feel really good, but Im just a dumbbell kind of person I guess
I usually do:

Barbell MP press 3x10
Arnold Presses 3x10
Dumbbell raises 3x10
Dumbbell presses 3x10/8/6pyramid

I alternate these in:
Shoulder press machine
Cable raises

If your routine is working for you without fatigue and your muscles are getting restored and growing then I guess its fine. I would take some advice from the pros on here though they will guide you wisely.

If your quality of workout is getting lower each time you get to the gym then your overtraining. If your doing fine then just go with it.

I personally don't superset so much.

Knock out the standing press, its bad on the back unless using light weight, i mean light. and your not over training them unless you hit them more then like 2twice a week, when im cutting i do 4day4days then 3days off, going upin weight isnt bad because thats how you get stronger. lol but just remember to warm up and stretch shoulders has one of the highest injury rates.

although some over use the word overtrain, it does more then just limit your gains with weight lifting, it can affect your CNS, your immune system, and increase your risk for injury. I always go for intensity rather then volume, but thats just me if your making gains then why stop unless you feel worn down.

Who said standing presses are bad for your back? If done correctly there no different than seated presses exept for the isolation factor. If you use sloppy form than yes you can over arch your back you some people jerk there body to get a weight that cant control in the firs place, up. Standing presse or military presses are a great exercise.

Many you could question do you need to do that much. If you dropped some of the exercises or sets would your rate of progress be the same.

^^^^Good question. Inmy opinion I think you can do less and definetly get the same results but its up to the person. I train using the Max-Ot method but if Im feeiling good I might throw in a extra work out. For example the other day I was doing dumbell bent over raises to hit my rear delts and they were pumped sticking out of my shirt so I went ointo a second rear delt exercise to take advatage of it response. Up to the individual.
