Ok so everyone here is pretty opposed to post workout cardio, but how about pre workout cardio? Like 30-60 minutes of cardio then hitting the weights? I am on a serious cut right now and want my cardio to be as effective as possible. Also should I have a whey protien shake after cardio but before hitting the weights? Or should I just have my whey shake before everything?

Welcome to the dungeon,, did you happen to do a seach first before you posted, this issue has been covered already in a previous thread.

First off I'm not here to be argumentative.. You can't give someone reps you don't have enough posts.

Second, it's a repost., but here I'll be nice

You will exhaust yourself if you do your cardo pre wo .

Serious cut as you are on, needs lower caloric intake and do cardo 5 to 6 days for 45 to 50 minutes.
