I just recently got back into lifting and been at it for a month now. I've been working forearms daily, and they just seem to fatigue easily and feel over worked. How often should I work them? I want them to grow!

well, this depends.. some work them never cause they get enough work from holding bars etc in other exercises..

some work them 1 or 2 times a week and be sure to hit them hard then

every day will be stupid, forearms are a very important muscle in the body and that means that they need to rest too... change to 1 or 2 times a week...

definitely cut down man you are overtraining them. once a week, twice at the most. like bbdude said your muscles need time to recover.

Ease into it. Cut the volume back to 1-3 workouts per week and build from there.

Forearms/hands can handle a lot of volume but you have to work into it gradually.

exactly. every day is way too much for forearms. 4-6 sets once or twice a week should be plenty.

Try one to two times a week like others have said. I think the best exercise for forearms is the wrist roller.
Which reminds me I need to get meself one. That should be the only forearm exercise you need.

Make your own wrist roller. Go to a hardware store buy some pipe and rope or chain. Just make sure you get the right length and don't get to small of a pipe. Make sure your hands can barely fit around it.

This will improve you grip, shoulders, and forearms. The best wo for me has just been doing curls but put more stress on the forearms than the biceps.

once daily is a little much. Cut down, but forearms and calves heal quickly. I would suggest 2 - 3 times weekly

Yep been doing forearms (and calves) 3 times/week now and seems to be working much better. I'll have to try pull-ups gripping by fingers only on my next back day!
