what is the best workout for mass in the upper chest....incline dumbell or barbell press??

to each their own...i prefer db's because it helps utilize stabilization muscles more. also throw in some incline flyes as well....and plenty of dips

REmember guys flat bench does 90% of your chest building and really incline creates more of an illusion of a big upper chest by recruiting much more front delts than flats and creating more separation. The chest, althogh two halves contacts as one muscle.

Try doing barbell incline bench one week and dumbell incline bench the next. Try switching week to week.

i didn't know dips do upper chest ?? Don't they do more lower? Because if you look at the angle your arms are, it's not upper chest your working

try heaevy ass barbell inclines first then do a flat bench then go to incline dumbell for the bigger rom for a litte more reps heavy weight of cause

Good call. Dips are most a lower chest builder, but a very good lower chest builder.
