The king of calves here to say...... quit being a candy ass and make those calves suffer! PAIN is the NAME of the GAME , so quit and hit those little cows hard! HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY dont do them on thigh days! devote a workout to the calves! dont waste your time with sissy weight lets go people PAIN!

Out of interest, what rep range do you suggest?

Not that I have any problem with my calves thanks to genetics, but just interested.

i would like to start building my calves. they arent that small bt they look tiny compaired to my thighs, which have always been huge due to genetics. what excercises, rep ranges and weight would you recommend

i would recomend 3 times a week,6-8 sets.. rep range.. well 6-8 again.

Not saying you guys don't know what you're talking about, but simply having big calves doesn't necessarily mean that you know how to train them. If you've gone from having small calves to having big calves, that's a little more relevant.
