wide and close grip lat pull downs
db and barbell rows
deadlifts all the damn time
cable rows

COSIGN : but this is for a stud..if u r a beginner or fairly new ..do narrow grip pullups sets of 3-4 till you can do more ..then do wide grip pulldowns...seated bench row (cablle row) and bent over rows to your belly button..if u dont know how ask someone...lol
