Damn i love this game. I had an awsome chest and biceps workout on tuesday last week but especialy my biceps. WOW they were sore for days i fuckin love that feelin. I push myself every workout and make sure i feel sore after every workout.
Just thought i would share that with you lot.
Love for the game
This is what i did anyway.

Preacher curls with EZ bar close grip x 3
Dumbell spider curls x 3
Hammer curls x 3
EZ bar 21's x 1

using a dumb-bell go to a preacher bench, preferably a standing one and instead of having the angle at around 45 degress, have it next to vertical and curl all the way up and down nice n slow and if you cant curl up on the very last rep, use your other hand to bring it up and do a negative for a count of 3-5 seconds.
