wow easy, your training it too much. 3 days a week is way to much. Once a week is plenty for the weight your pushing

don't always think more is better, you need to give your muscles time to rest, recuperate and grow. also if you have been doing the same workout for a long time try mixing it up so your muscke have to adapt to a new style of training

Yeh once a week is fine if your doing alot of sets and exercises for one body part. Twice a week if you train using the rest pause system and only use a few sets and reps per body part they wont need as much time to rest and recover. But as most people who blitz a body part once with high intensity/volume will only need to train a body part once a week

So 3 sets 10 reps is your workout?? If this is the case then stop. Trying working out only once a week, and giving your a chest a good workout, making sure you hit failure. Don't use as heavy weight, because your muscles arn't getting anywhere with it and may need a change. Try 3 or 4 exercises each with 3 sets each. Mix it up with flies and presses and bench, maybe a drop set for the last sets. Once a week is more effective then 3 times a week with weak workouts.

Its all take TIME.... Ur still young and ur test levels are high.. Just make sure u eat right (whey protein and maybe some creatine mono "micronized is my choise").. We would all love to workout one day and wake up lookin like jay, victor, or ronnie.. and even though they might load on gear, they still had to work hard and it still took time..
