30 Push-Ups (Any Variation: Vary During Workouts)
50 Squats
20 Pull-Ups or Chin-Ups (Vary During Workouts)
100 Crunches
15 Forearm Rollers @ 2.5kg
30 Leg Extensions: 40kg
i know its probably for endurance, but i read on bodybuilding.com that high reps can still do alot for muscle growth because all the fibres being ''ripped''

whey protein with complex carbohydrate growth drink
creatine monohydrate tablets
amino acid tablets (running low atm)
sports multi vitamin tablets
flax seed tablets
also could u construct me a workout like that one but with weights to gain mass & detail BUT ONE IMPORTANT THING i tend to like training with just the reps and not sets also NOT to do it in a circuit too
