or8 guys, is my workout any good, and would it build mass & detail on muscle:

Best Music To Listen To: Syphony Of Destruction: Megadeth


Basic Bodyweight Workout

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
30 Push-Ups (Any Variation: Vary During Workouts)
50 Squats
20 Pull-Ups or Chin-Ups (Vary During Workouts)
100 Crunches
15 Forearm Rollers @ 2.5kg
30 Leg Extensions: 40kg



i know its probably for endurance, but i read on bodybuilding.com that high reps can still do alot for muscle growth because all the fibres being ''ripped''

anyway this is my supplements

whey protein with complex carbohydrate growth drink
creatine monohydrate tablets
amino acid tablets (running low atm)
sports multi vitamin tablets
flax seed tablets





also could u construct me a workout like that one but with weights to gain mass & detail BUT ONE IMPORTANT THING i tend to like training with just the reps and not sets also NOT to do it in a circuit too

That makes no sense. Size and detail is based more so on diet than anything else. If your not doing circuit training then you are doing it in sets, even if you do 10 pushups that makes 1 set.

Since your getting leg extensions done i'm assuming your getting to a gym. Thats not a good workout to do at all. You have three days, dedicate each day to a seperate pairing of body parts.

Something like

Day1: Back and delts abs

Day2: Legs and biceps

Day3: Chest and triceps

Your supplements look fine. I'm just a little flabberghasted that your supplementation list would be better than your training list.

Yeah I agree. Im basically a beginner myself and that routine makes absolutely no sense to me at all, LOL!
No targeted muscle groups, just a bunch of nonsense really. Try doing some more research on workout routines before you either hurt yourself or burnout quickly!

ExRx Exercise & Muscle Directory

A pretty complete list of all the excercise that you can do for every single muscle group. Pick a couple for each body and do a few sets of each excercise. Read around other peoples logs and see what they do to get an idea of how you should mold your excercises.

No one can tailor a routine for you, each routine is generally unique in some way or fashion regardless of the excercises that are included. You have to make one that works best for you.

wtf mate i dnt mind leg extension i do 40kg for 10 reps but there no more room on my little leg extension
