barbell and dumbbell presses strait up and down
although for most part, the front of the delts will be worked with bench press type, and the rear head with row type movements.......

I do seated dumbell presses for front delts and sometimes military presses

Side dumbell laterals for side delts

bent over laterals for rear delts seated.

Arnolds hit all heads of the delts.

Cosign with team orbit. Best excersises to hit all heads, you can also add in a bit of machines for shaping aswell if you want.
