I have become inetested in the program that Dorian Yates used when he was on top. Anyone who knows exacly how it was? Please post it if you know. Exercises, sets and reps.

he did 2 warm up sets or sets close to failure, and then 1 all out set past failure(restpause, negatives, forced reps) sometimes he would train to failure and not go beyond. his workouts lasted about 40min. he didnt do alot of volume, but used extremely high intensity. in his prime he only did 1 warmup and 1 all out set, but with multiple workouts . his volume was under 10 total sets for each muscle. he trained in the 6-8 range for most exercises. hope this helps he has a website with his sample routines on it for each bodypart.
