whats goin on guys....
well i have a question or need advise.. I kno that while we sleep our growth hormones kick in.. I wake up at 4am to b at wok at 5am. im at the gym after work around 1230pm.. for me to get at least 8 hrs or sleep i would have to be in bed sleepin no later than 8pm.. There is NO way that can or will happen.. If i take a nap after my workouts let say for 2 hrs..will that help? I take gaba b4 bedtime and i kno its helpin me get a good quality rest. And by takin it I always feel refreshed even if i only sleep for 6 hrs..

Go to a Dr. and he'll tell you what to do. I had insomnia REALLLLY bad during July and August. I was on so many meds it was retarded. The only thing that ever worked was Vallium. Not the best route to choose, but it did work.

good setup for me, since i got college classes early in the morning, get a solid 6-7 hours at night, and an hour during mid-day somewhere...works out perfect. if you can get all 8 hours at night that definitely is pristine and will work to your advantage going into the wo sessions.

my problem isnt sleepin at night its just sleeping a whole 8hrs at a time. i have to wake up at 4am. i usually get 6 hrs of sleep.. so i guess the real question is if by takin a nap after workout for an hr or two help with growin or not? but thanx for the inputs..
