i've been lifting a while and still have a little fat on my chest. whats the best way u guys know of to cut the off (naturally) no supplements. ROUTINES WELCOME!!

Here's one tip: On chest days, lay down on a flat bench and do pull-overs with either a curl bar or a dumbell. Do a few sets of 8-12 reps. These should help tone your chest.

Diet normally, different people hold fat differently so you might just be holding onto chest fat more than other body parts.

Bench al the way thru mate. heavy and hard. It will soon become less aparent, also try pre-exhaust and super-sets and drop sets to get rid of it
