I'm trying to bring up my inner tricep, and would like to know what if any tricep isolation I can do to bring up this lagging muscle....
Currently, I'm doing straight bar pressdowns, weighted bench dips (plates on thighs), and skull crushers for triceps.
I'm thinking an overhead movement, like heavy two-handed dumbell, behind the head would bring overall tricep mass up.... what do you guys think?
Ahh.. one more... I'm having trouble developing lower bicep nearest my elbow.... overall mass and peak are great, but the lower bicep sweep is terrible....
Any advice for either or both would be greatly appreciated! |
