I just started working out a little while ago and Ive been going to the gym consistently but I would like to ask if any of you guys could give me a good 3 day split for my body. Im 14 about 5'6 and I weigh 110 right now, so being kina small I would also like to build some mass. Any help is appreciated, Thanks

since your young, focus on the basics....bench, squats, etc. etc.

Oh yeah, sorry I forgot to say this, at the gym where I go nobody under 18 can use free weights, bench press inculded. It sucks but they have a leg press and that kina stuff and a bench machine, Im sure you've seen one. That kina stuff will work fine too right?

And Ive got a question about the whole mass thing. If you supposed to eat like 6 meals a day doesnt that like kill all the hard work you would do on abs??

as long as your are taking in clean calories and not just stuffing yourself with fatty foods no it won't.

sure thing bud. i'd suggest checking out MyPyramid.gov - United States Department of Agriculture - Home and keeping track of your caloric intake. let me know how many cal's you are taking in a day and how much protein and carbs as well. remember you should be taking in at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight.
