does working out legs (quads,calves,hamstrings) "change your hormones" and make u bigger overall?

(yes to the last part anyway. It's been proven that you will gain overall size and bit more strength from squats. Not sure about calfs and hammies, but squats for sure will)

Doing squats will help increase your testosterone levels. Squats are probably the single most anabolic exercise.
