thanks everyone! seriously it really means a lot and helps boost confidence and determination. (which right now is through the freakin' roof!)
woke up at 5am as usual on training days, had my bowl of oatmeal with skim milk, a banana, flaxseed oil, vitamin e, multi, glucosamin, m-drol and h-drol from competitive edge labs and a bottle of water. also had to have a rockstar to get things goin this morning (i was pretty damn tired). got to the gym, stepped on the scale and have maintained 201.
today is back/shoulders day. LET'S GET IT BOYS! |
