Well here it is fella's! My new quest! 225 by Christmas!

Same Split....

Tuesday: Chest/Tri's
Thursday: Back/Shoulders
Friday: Legs/Biceps

I'm going to be eating anywhere from 6-8 meals a day. GET THEM GOOD CALORIES IN BABY!

nice ripped, Im going to bulk till Feb then cut for my first show as well. Im hoping for 225 as well mabye more if I train my ass off.

thanks everyone! seriously it really means a lot and helps boost confidence and determination. (which right now is through the freakin' roof!)

woke up at 5am as usual on training days, had my bowl of oatmeal with skim milk, a banana, flaxseed oil, vitamin e, multi, glucosamin, m-drol and h-drol from competitive edge labs and a bottle of water. also had to have a rockstar to get things goin this morning (i was pretty damn tired). got to the gym, stepped on the scale and have maintained 201.

today is back/shoulders day. LET'S GET IT BOYS!

fuck, i love being over here...but not being able to eat is killing me. watch out, when i get back in december, its balls to the wall every damn day. im coming after you ripped, let me hit 200 first though haha.

very minimal rest between sets to try to build up more muscle endurance. i'm talkin like 15 sec. rest
