typical morning. 5am wake up to some crazy techno song from the iHome alarm and have a bowl of oatmeal and a mini fruit smoothie. took the flaxseed oil, vitamin e, multivitamin, 2 bcaas, and mixed my no-shotgun and creatine blend for 30mins pre workout. today is back/shoulders and i'm pumped up already for it! 9 o'clock couldn't come fast enough. damn it's cold outside! rode the bike down to the gym...damn near froze my nuts off. NO SACRIFICE, NO VICTORY! |
