wuts the best grip wen doing ez bar curls? should you use i the inner grip or the outside one? wuts the diference between the 2 and wich puts more mass?

you can grip it differently, which will affect which head of the bicep is isolated

it seems like you already know that

i like switching it u
keeps the arms guessing

I personally use the outer grip. I guess apart from focusing on a different angle of attacking the bicep it all comes down to personal preference !
I lift 85Kgs on 1/2 reps. Thinking it works for me :) And love the results.

do a search on the forum, there are numerous threads about different e-z bar grips, and the benefits of the both the e-z bar and the straight bar.

I cant use the inner grip it completely kills my wrist to the point I cant hold it.

thanks guys ......i tried it out 2 day n i found that i deff like the outer grip better......is it true that the easy bar wroks the outer part of ur bicep increasing the peak

Hey m8 !

I curl 85 Kgs a good rep using the outer handle.
The E-Z bar is one of the best exercises to gain quality mass on the arms ! As long as your form is correct ... you cant go wrong if you put 100% into it !

Ive seen some people in my gym curl at a fast pace ! DO NOT do that lol ... doing this you will not contract the muscle/s your targeting. Curl at a fairly slow controlled pace ! But you knew that already right ?!
