Im a firm believer that in order to acheive the maximum amount of gains and strength, each muscle group should be completely annialated. With this said, this would allow each muscle to be only worked once a week(secondary groups obviously get worked more but not as direct) because it would take at least 24 hours to the rest of the week for the body to fully recover. My old split was five days on and two days off. This week im changing it to 4 on and three off, Ive never really changed my routine before. I planned it like this:
Monday: Chest, calves, abs
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Back, calves, abs
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Legs, Legs, And More Legs!
Saturday: Shoulders, bis and tris
Sunday: Rest
I was thinking about switching Friday and Saturday, anyways what do you guys think.

Well, theres your first problem. You need to change your routine quite often to keep your body guessing. Chill with the legs? well if your trying to cut down then dont because you burn more calories as they are larger muscle groups.

IMO, there isnt anything really wrong with this split. However, bro one thing you can do to get the most out of your body and workout is switch your leg and back day. Lifting heavy on leg day, ie squats, rdl's, front squats, increases growth hormone in your body much more than any other exercises. Therefore, you should put it early in the week as to maximize the effect and help your muscle growth.

Switching back day to friday and working out bi's saturday might be a little difficult and hinder some growth. so you might want to put bi's with back and switch calves to shoulder day. and just do tri's and shoulder and calves on your saturday.

Your new split then would be as follows:
Monday: Chest, calves, abs
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Legs, Legs, And More Legs!
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Back, bis, abs
Saturday: Shoulders and tris, calves
Sunday: Rest
