dont worry about losing like a pound in a day, thast happens...depends what time u eat and weigh yourself lol, eat more and i would reccomend to take an extra day off training for recovery. take bars and shakes to school like rIPPDUP said. and i usually pre cook my meals and heat them up

I would increase the carbohydrate intake. Make sure that you get some simple carbs (sugars) after your workouts with your protein shake. Keep the protein intake high as well. Also, 6 days a week is a lot to train. If you are training hard, you are burning a lot of calories during each session. Stick with 4-5 training days a week. This will also give your body more time to recover so that each of your workouts will be a bit more productive.

drink lots of milk with every meal. the old timers swore by milk.try to drink at least 64 oz a day.also peanut butter with your protein shakes.
