muscle's going up, fat staying the same, help?

hey guys, ive been bulking up for about 6 months, for the past 2 weeks ive dropped some weight off my sets and set higher reps, did cardio, and cut down a bit on carbs, my muscles are getting bigger but the fat's staying the same, whats going on?

the thing is i dont know what im supposed to be eating all that much, im poor when it comes to coming up with a diet for myself, no poor in a financial way but in actually making a meal too lol. i need something easy or maybe something that i can keep a good diet on. i do try to cut down on the carbs. as in for cardio, when should i do it? my split is a 2 days on 1 day off. day 1 chest/abs day 2 legs bis day 3 off day 4 shoulders/triceps/ day 5 back day 6 off day 7 is back to day 1

You say you are bulking up. Your muscles are getting bigger and you are maintaining the same levels of fat. Where is the problem?
If you want to loose bodyfat reduce the calories you eat each day.

no you dont look like an ass rippdup, if anything i do for thinking i can drop bf and gain muscle at the same time, for some reason i dont see why since the muscle is getting bigger its not burning that fat off..

complex carbs before training, fast acting carbs after training, that's all your carbs for the day if you wanna lose the bf...drink X amounts of cold water, take bcaa to prevent muscle breakdown & do cardio 5 times a week as well as lifting

diet plan example, if you WO in the morning
cardio
meal 1 - oatmeal, egg whites,
PreWO meal 2 - whey
PostWO meal 3 - whey, rice cakes
meal 4 - chicken, veggies
meal 5 - turkey, veggies
meal 6 - chicken, veggies
meal 7 - before bed, casein

after WO meal...NO CARBS AT ALL
