hey guys i'm new to theforum and this is my first post...

ok i have a few things i wanna do. i'm 15

is it possible to get jacked not going to the gym but working out at home?

also my right bicep is considerably larger than the left. how can i even them up?

can anyone help me make a list of things to do to get big, i wouldnt mind going to the gym but i prefer not to. don't want to be ronnie big but like a basketball player or a football player, you kow.

nutrition and diet. i am just taking GNC MEGA MASS and just multivitamins right now..nothing much. anything you guys would reccomend to help me get better performance?

i am playing soccer right now...and not that i am weak, i am one of the stronger kids in the grade, but i want to get bigger and stronger

***note: does jerking off affect your growth and strength or anything?

Stick with the basic lifts like squats, deadlift, benchpress , pull ups.
I don't know what you have at home to train with. If you don't have a power rack or spotter then dumbell training is probably best.
If one bicep is larger than the othe rthis is a good reason to use dumbells. Do dumbell curls but start with the weakest arm do as many reps as you can then with the strongest arm do the same number of reps.

For legs squats are best but don't do them with out a spotter or power rack. Oherwise do one leg squats and use dumbells for extra weight.

at 15, you're body is still growing. Lift and eat. Stay away from the gimicky shit, let you body do the natural growing that its supposed to do. If you lift hard and stay natural you won't become ronnie.

nope, protein and multivitamins is fine at your age. If you want results, work harder, don't try to pin it on supplements.

haha thanx to both. you guys! GOSH lol

anyways to have a bench for bench pressing, but i can lift that cuzz its too heavy, its my dads and there is like175 pounds on there.

also i have an incline situp bench... i think its what its called.

and a barbell tahts zigzagged and dumbells.

anything i can do with those things to get a rock hard body? and move my pecs by january? my dad can doit, but i cant.......:(

please help. thanx.

lol well i do. that gym is like a 25 minute drive away and i cant drive, also my parents are always at work.
in this case no i dont really have access to a local gym

please do tell me what i can do, i am just looking to get more strength and pack on some more muscle. and cut.

if you have to do some things around the house when you can't go to the gym...try chin ups on a chin up bar or on a door.....push ups and sit ups, or just get some dumbbells bud

post is before right?

so taking protien before excercise will improve my perfiormance? does this mean if i take a post workout protien before a game, i will tear up the field?

post = after pre=before.......it's a good idea to have a high carb and protein meal before working out.( a couple hours prior to activity)
