hey guys i'm new to theforum and this is my first post...
ok i have a few things i wanna do. i'm 15
is it possible to get jacked not going to the gym but working out at home?
also my right bicep is considerably larger than the left. how can i even them up?
can anyone help me make a list of things to do to get big, i wouldnt mind going to the gym but i prefer not to. don't want to be ronnie big but like a basketball player or a football player, you kow.
nutrition and diet. i am just taking GNC MEGA MASS and just multivitamins right now..nothing much. anything you guys would reccomend to help me get better performance?
i am playing soccer right now...and not that i am weak, i am one of the stronger kids in the grade, but i want to get bigger and stronger
