Bulking need help????

Can anybody out their give me their diet for bulking I'm 6'4 210 and i wanna be around 230 Since I'm in school and I also work I don't have alot of time to eat, but i just eat all my meals when i can......this is my curret diet tell me if thier anything wrong with it and what should i do to change it

8:00am pancakes with oatmeal or protein shake
12:00pm-spaghetti with can of tuna
3:00-workout
After workout-Weight gainer
6:00 ham with smoothie
I go to work..............................
12:00am chicken with can of veggies

can you guys please help me with advice on the diet or anything....Thanks!!

need to eat chicken and meat.. protein shakes are good to fill gaps but u need real food and enough rest/sleep to grow.. somethin i do i prep everything i need to eat while im not home the day b4. beef jerkey, tuna cups, pb,etc good for snacks

450g is way too much. He isn't going to grow any better with twice the protein that he needs. Stick to 1g/lb.
