Hey Guys, uh lets see. my back i would say is very toned when flexed, other wise it looks boney, especially where the end of my shoulder blades are. Does anyone have any reasoning for this? Any exercises that help that?

the only thing i can say is that you'd have to bulk up to look "bigger" and less "boney". what's your current back workout look like? i will say that adding chin-ups into your workout will help...also do barbell bent over rows.

Can someone give me a workout that they think would help me bulk my back?

Thanks. Do you prefer machine or free weight barbell rows? I usually use the machine.

Also on close grip pull down, you do them with your palms gripped facing you, correct?

i use free weights for barbell rows hence..barbell rows. as for the close grip pull downs...no. our machine at our gym has a perpendicular grip to the regular grip so i use that with full ROM.
