i need help on getting a flat stomach. i have lost most of my belly and now i cant loose anymore for some reason . there is not mutch more to loose. i have been doing situps but mabye there is a better workout i could do. please someone help me.

check some of the forums out and you'll get your answer in there. the only thing you can do is improve your diet and do more cardio. that's how you get abs

It's all down to diet. Sit ups and crunches will make the abs stronger. To get them to show you need to loose the bodyfat which means slowly loosing a little weight.
