ever since i started training seriously and eating a very good diet...i have been training two muscle groups a day, i got some good benefits from this, but in the last two months i've been training one group a day and training 5-6 days a week..
im thinking that i should put a weaker muscle group on the first or second day...so im not as worn down..does anyone think this is a smart idea?
